Create and manage shipment records

Operational metadata stays in the prototype catalog. Custody, inspection, and completion state is signed and recorded on Solana devnet.

Create shipment
Create its Shipment PDA, then register operational metadata for dashboard display.
Seed demo dataset
Register three dashboard records and create any missing Shipment PDAs.

Phantom may request up to three approvals. Existing shipment accounts are detected and reused.

Shipment actions
Choose an existing Shipment ID, then record the next operational event.

Initiate handoff

Leave blank to use the connected wallet for the one-wallet demo.

Request inspection

Hashes the evidence summary and creates an Inspection Review PDA.

Complete shipment

Close the shipment as delivered. Pending handoffs must be resolved first.
